This week Kentucky is in its worst power outage in history. For those blog followers who are out of town, I wanted to show you a glimpse of our landscape. We had an ice storm and then snow. Most trees can hardly take the weight of the ice and are leaning over. I am fortunate that I still have power. Angela has been out of power for a couple days now.
Since a storm of this magnitude does not happen very often, I ventured out to capture the stillness and beauty of the ice:
